Where are you from?
I grew up in Newcastle and moved to Byron Bay in 2010. I absolutely love it here, especially for the beautiful beaches and national parks that surround us!

What do you like doing in your free time?
In my free time I am usually enjoying time with my family & friends. We would go to the beach or on little adventures.

How long have you been working in the beauty industry and how long at BodiBeauticious?
I have been working in the Beauty Industry for roughly 10 years now. And at Bodi Beauticious for just over a year, when it opened in Byron.

What’s your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of my job is making any client feel amazing. I love it when a client leaves happy. It’s a wonderful feeling to know you have just made someone’s day. Sometimes you may have a client who is just having a bad day and you just have to make them feel special. Spread the love and positivity and you can make anyone’s day feel brighter.

This month we’re focusing on brides and, since you’re the start of the bridal makeup, we wanna know about your experiences. What happened with the nicest bride you treated and what with the most annoying one?
The nicest so far would have to be Emily.I’ve recently done her make up for her wedding in the Byron Bay Hinterland. She is such a beautiful woman.

Can’t say I have  ever had a bad experience as of yet and let’s hope I don’t, haha! It’s actually unlikely for a makeup artist.

Are you married yourself?
No, I am not married yet 😉 But I do have a great partner and two beautiful crazy children.

What’s the secret of your success and what inspires you?
My secret is… Being able to empower women is what really inspires me. For every woman to stand up and keep going through all the ups & downs in life. We all need to be role models for our children and younger generations. That is why being in this industry is perfect to help others feel good about themselves.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”6116,6115,6114,6117,6113″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
